PRE-REGISTER

You must be at least 18 years of age and at least one of the following in order to be eligible to participate: (a) be a citizen of the U.S. and able to legally travel to and re-enter the U.S. from any foreign country in connection with your participation (if any) in “Kandi Factory” (the “Program”), or (b) have U.S. Immigration status or a visa that allows you to stay legally in the U.S. to participate in the Program, as determined by the Program producer in its sole discretion, and be able to legally travel to and re-enter the U.S. from any foreign country in connection with your participation (if any) in the Program.  All those interested in participating will be required to complete and sign additional documents as required by the producers (which may include, without limitation, an application, a participant agreement, and series rules) in order to be considered to participate. 

Please note that any material submitted by you, including, but not limited to, pictures, film and video, will not be returned and will become the property of True Entertainment.
